It was excellent, from getting help with coordinating the perfect furniture for our space, ordering and delivery. The two young men delivering were patient and helpful in placing the new pieces exactly how we wanted it. This was our second experience with Turner because of such quality service.

Recently purchased a couch and loveseat , Brian was our sales man and was great not pushy, gave us time to look around. He was very helpful when we decided on what we wanted,very nice man! The delivery men Andrew and Mario were so respectful and set everything up then asked is we needed anything else before leaving. I'd used these folks before, and they treated me well so off I went to buy a new couch. I entered the ridiculously beautiful building and gazed upon what seemed to be acres of furniture. A friendly and not pushy salesperson approached within a minute. Like the great customer that I am I had my filters ready to narrow down my choices. No leather, no sleeper sofa, no wildflower prints etc., etc. I specifically mentioned I didn't want any prints of wild naked women on my sofa. After she stopped laughing my salesperson said she thought she could avoid that! After about twenty minutes a found my perfect sofa. Not bad! I was told it need to be ordered and would be delivered on July 19th. I paid and was out the door and smiling in thirty minutes. On July 18th I received the delivery call and agreed to the delivery window. The guys arrived on time and the delivery was perfect. They removed my old sofa for a small fee. So what can I say. I was completely satisfied and not for the first time! I'll be back!
